Mr.Mo engaged in the intellectual property management in Guangdong Intellectual Property Office since 1998.

Since 2003, he has worked on intellectual property intermediary service.

At present, he is the member of the Guangdong Intellectual Property Society, the Deputy Secretary General of the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Society, member of the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Advisory Board, member of Foshan Shunde Intellectual Property Advisory Board, member of Guangzhou Intellectual Property Lecturer, member of Foshan Shunde "May 5th" Law Popularization Senior Lecturer. He also is one of the creators in chief of "Intellectual Property Education" textbooks series edited by Guangdong Intellectual Property Office and "Guideline Intellectual Property Practice" edited by SIPO.
